Our volunteer Ann Laemmer was very pleased to receive a donation of a laptop for one of our students in June from the Padiham based IT company Rapid IT as part of their Tech 4 All Kids campaign.

We want to say a HUGE Thank you to Rapid IT for their generosity as lack of access to IT is one of the biggest barriers our families and young people face. 

Not only useful for study, since Covid arrived, more and more vital services have gone online. For example, some GP surgeries now require online registration for new patients.
